- impede misuse of deprecated server domain names (forwarding to misinformation / spam / pishing websites)
- UX: Editing multiple times causes multiple notifications showing the latest edit twice, instead of historical edits
- UX: Local Followers list doesn't show the new account of somebody who moved instance. instead lists the older moved account.
