- Move cold inline StatusBuilder methods out of the header to reduce code size.
- Add CI toolchain verification tests.
- Add Linux Clang floor test to Abseil CI and guard ABSL_UNSAFE_BUFFERS.
- Shard SampleRecorder graveyard lists across 16 cache-line-aligned shards tracked by a non_empty_shards_ bitmask to eliminate global graveyard mutex contention and cache-line bouncing during concurrent sample registration and unregistration.
- Allocate LogMessageData from LowLevelAlloc and lazily construct its ostream.
- In debug builds, directly guard against reentrancy.
- Pass `absl::string_view` pieces across the `StrCat` and `StrAppend` call boundary to eliminate `AlphaNum` stack frames.
- Optimize `AlphaNum` and `substitute_internal::Arg` for compile-time constant integers and `bool`.
- Bound formatted string lengths with `ABSL_ASSUME` across `absl/strings`.
