- Fix nil FK queries, strict_where validation, field name conflict warnings
- Support associations
- quoted_id is deprecated and should no longer be defined in rails 5.1
- GOTCHA - Cannot use the field name 'display' in ActiveHash as Rails adds it to Object class
- where(undefined_key: nil) returns relation including all records
- Subclass does not read the file.
- Remove 'attributes' nesting?
- Creation working only after calling `Model.all`
- has_many ActiveRecord though ActiveHash generates invalid SQL
- The `order` method breaks finders
