- Bluetooth bar widget never appears when the adapter is hot-plugged after login (shell never reconnects to org.bluez)
- Dictation loses the first ~0.7 s of speech when the mic has been idle
- Launch OSD can get stranded on screen indefinitely ("Launching <app>…" never dismisses)
- CSR8510A10 USB Bluetooth dongle fails to initialize (btusb) + omarchy-usb-autosuspend.conf has no effect
- omarchy-launch-webapp silently demotes unrecognized default browsers to chromium.desktop — web apps open in the wrong profile
- video-acceleration.sh silently skips intel-media-driver on Meteor Lake (GPU reports plain 'Intel Graphics'), leaving Sunshine and all VA-API consumers on software encoding
- iMac12,2 (Mid 2011, Radeon HD 6770M + HD 3000): RetroArch never starts — omarchy-install-gaming-retroarch hardcodes `video_driver vulkan` on GPUs with no Vulkan support; fixed by `glcore`
- omarchy-agent-crash reports the wrong crash time: coredumpctl's "-- Notice" line, or when the dump finished instead of when the process crashed
- Nightlight toggle does nothing when another user has hyprsunset running
- Shell background: setInstant flashes black until the new image decodes
