- omarchy-restart-shell spawns a second shell when the replacement can't write instance.lock: the unregistered instance is unkillable and holds the notification/polkit bus names
- Shell inherits ignored SIGCHLD from Hyprland: every Quickshell Process reports exitCode 0 / CrashExit
- Laptop display stays disabled after undocking: FALLBACK output counted as external monitor
