- subprocess.run(text=True) has no explicit encoding — agent replies mojibake on Windows
- Gateway preflight ignores HTTP status: a 500 or 401 counts as reachable
- Contradiction-detection poll budget is hardcoded to 60s and fails open
- README uses the pre-rename repo name in the clone URL and structure tree
