- docs(skills): the archon skill still teaches a `when:` gate on whole AI output that #2579 made a load error
- fix(web): the console can't author a loop that ends on a validated field, and doesn't say so
- chore(skills): nothing verifies parameter-matrix.md against the schema it describes — generate it, like the capability matrix
- investigate(tests): how should an operator-facing string be pinned so a wrong claim fails but a paste-over does not pass?
- refactor(workflows): the container preflight still hand-mirrors provider resolution
- workflow run: bare invocation after cd (no --cwd) hits an internal git -C <relative-path> failure
