- France (mainland) is missing from https://github.com/CSSEGISandData/COVID-19/blob/master/csse_covid_19_data/csse_covid_19_daily_reports/03-23-2020.csv
- Norway limits amount of tests to groups where it will have an impact. Cases number will be obscured
- Washington (state?) appears in "Province/State", but so do ", WA" Washington disaggregate regions. "Washington" entries do not represent accurate aggregates.

- difference in column's names
- Number of confirmed cases are wrong for France
- "Confirmed" cases in US states also includes presumptive positive cases
- Japan's Confirmed Cases Drops from Feb 6th to 7th in the time series data
