- Make Dart_CreateIsolateFromKernel() fail in a nice way if given kernel file doesn't include dart:* libraries
- Provide optimized implementation in core library for const and non-const set literals (like _ImmutableMap and Map._fromLiteral)
- HttpResponse's done not called
- different correction message for different tools
- Analyzer should throw a helpful exception if a summary file is empty or non-existent
- SDK types don't give access to window.top.document
- dart2js: revisit interceptor calling convention
- UrlSearchParams toString not available
- I wish analyzer supported a `--diff=` (or similar) feature
