- Sort duplicate suggestions in a random order
- photo reviewing: record when photo comes from local authority website
- Having two facebook options is annoying
- If a duplicate has already been suggested, and I suggest it again, let me merge them
- If a duplicate has been rejected, there is no way to override it
- shut down training env
- Candidate marked elected on cancelled ballot
- Results automation: remove notice if we can't import
- Can add person to multiple ballots in same organisation; throws a 500
