- pgloader: Error: KABOOM! SIMPLE-FILE-ERROR: Can't find the TRUENAME of wild pathname /mysqladm/mysql:/mysqladm:193360/opds01 (physicalized from mysql://mysqladm:YYYYYYYYYY@rn000193360/opds01).
- pgloader fails to parse sql file loaded by EXECUTE if it contains a USING placeholder ($1, $2, ..) in a single quoted string
- pgloader fails to connect to MSSQL with "Connection to the database failed for an unknown reason" while tsql succeeds
