A Really Ruby Mail Library

Mail::Utilities#underscoreize

Swaps out all hyphens (-) for underscores (_) good for stringing to symbols
a field name.

Example:

 string = :resent_from_field
 underscoreize ( string ) #=> 'resent_from_field'
