A Really Ruby Mail Library

Mail::Multibyte::Chars#=~

Like <tt>String#=~</tt> only it returns the character offset (in codepoints) instead of the byte offset.

Example:
  'Café périferôl'.mb_chars =~ /ô/ # => 12
