Net::DNS::Header.parse

Creates a new Net::DNS::Header object from binary data, which is 
passed as a string object as argument.
The configurations parameters are taken from parsing the string.

Example:

  # Create a new Net::DNS::Header object with binary data
  header = Net::DNS::Header.new(data)

  header.auth? 
    #=> "true" if it comes from authoritative name server
