Rex::Post::Meterpreter::Extensions::Stdapi::Railgun::Util#read_string

Reads null-terminated ASCII strings from memory.

Given a pointer to a null terminated array of CHARs, return a ruby
String. If +pointer+ is NULL (see #is_null_pointer) returns an empty
string.
