Rex::Post::Meterpreter::Extensions::Stdapi::Railgun::Util#split_array_type

Given an explicit array definition (e.g. BYTE[23]) return size (e.g. 23) and
and +type+ (e.g. BYTE). If a constant is given, attempt to resolve it
that constant.
