Chef::Mixin::ParamsValidate#_pv_is

List of valid things values can be.

Uses Ruby's `===` to evaluate (is === value).  At least one must match
for the value to be valid.

If a proc is passed, it is instance_eval'd in the resource, passed the
value, and must return a truthy or falsey value.
