Sprockets::SourceMapUtils#encode_json_source_map

Public: Encode mappings to Source Map JSON.

mappings - Array of Hash or String VLQ encoded mappings
sources  - Array of String sources
names    - Array of String names
filename - String filename

Returns JSON String.
