Rugged::Config#get

Get the value for the given config +key+. Values are always
returned as +String+, or +nil+ if the given key doesn't exist
in the Config file.

  cfg['apply.whitespace'] #=> 'fix'
  cfg['diff.renames'] #=> 'true'
