ActiveSupport::CachingKeyGenerator#generate_key

Returns a derived key suitable for use.  The default key_size is chosen
to be compatible with the default settings of ActiveSupport::MessageVerifier.
i.e. OpenSSL::Digest::SHA1#block_length
