Time#advance

Uses Date to provide precise Time calculations for years, months, and days
according to the proleptic Gregorian calendar. The +options+ parameter
takes a hash with any of these keys: <tt>:years</tt>, <tt>:months</tt>,
<tt>:weeks</tt>, <tt>:days</tt>, <tt>:hours</tt>, <tt>:minutes</tt>,
<tt>:seconds</tt>.
