Date.beginning_of_week=

Sets <tt>Date.beginning_of_week</tt> to a week start (e.g. :monday) for current request/thread.

This method accepts any of the following day symbols:
:monday, :tuesday, :wednesday, :thursday, :friday, :saturday, :sunday
