Mail::Message#reply_to=

Sets the Reply-To value of the mail object, pass in a string of the field

Example:

 mail.reply_to = 'Mikel <[email protected]>'
 mail.reply_to #=> ['[email protected]']
 mail.reply_to = 'Mikel <[email protected]>, [email protected]'
 mail.reply_to #=> ['[email protected]', '[email protected]']
