Mail::Multibyte::Chars#upcase

Convert characters in the string to uppercase.

Example:
  Mail::Multibyte.mb_chars('Laurent, où sont les tests ?').upcase.to_s # => "LAURENT, OÙ SONT LES TESTS ?"
