Gitlab::GroupHierarchy#initialize

ancestors_base - An instance of ActiveRecord::Relation for which to
                 get parent groups.
descendants_base - An instance of ActiveRecord::Relation for which to
                   get child groups. If omitted, ancestors_base is used.
