pg_search builds ActiveRecord named scopes that take advantage of PostgreSQL’s full text search

CaseSensitivity::ClassMethods#iwhere

Queries the given columns regardless of the casing used.

Unlike other ActiveRecord methods this method only operates on a Hash.
