Compass is no longer actively maintained. Compass is a Stylesheet Authoring Environment that makes your website design simpler to implement and easier to maintain.

Compass::Installers::Base#run

Runs the installer.
Every installer must conform to the installation strategy of prepare, install, and then finalize.
A default implementation is provided for each step.
