Create legal organisations with just one click

Organisation.find_by_host

Given a full hostname, e.g. "myorganisation.oneclickorgs.com",
and assuming the installation's base domain is "oneclickorgs.com",
returns the organisation corresponding to the subdomain
"myorganisation".
