XMLRPC::Client::Proxy#method_missing

Every method call is forwarded to the XML-RPC server defined in
XMLRPC::Client::Proxy#new.

Note: Inherited methods from class Object cannot be used as XML-RPC
names, because they get around +method_missing+.
