Compass is no longer actively maintained. Compass is a Stylesheet Authoring Environment that makes your website design simpler to implement and easier to maintain.

DeclarativePolicy::Base.rule

Declares a rule, constructed using RuleDsl, and returns
a PolicyDsl which is used for registering the rule with
this class. PolicyDsl will call back into Base.enable_when,
Base.prevent_when, and Base.prevent_all_when.
