RailsAdmin is a Rails engine that provides an easy-to-use interface for managing your data

Gitlab::Database::MigrationHelpers#replace_sql

This will replace the first occurance of a string in a column with
the replacement
On postgresql we can use `regexp_replace` for that.
On mysql we find the location of the pattern, and overwrite it
with the replacement
