Vagrant is a tool for building and distributing development environments.

VagrantPlugins::GuestNixos::Cap::ConfigureNetworks.assign_device_names

Set :device on each network.
Attempts to use biosdevname when available to detect interface names,
and falls back to ifconfig otherwise.
