- The .NET 8.0 SDK can't run built binary with `./Test`, but works with `dotnet ./Test.dll`
- Instructions for installing the SDK for macOS through the command line are incorrect
- `dotnet publish --tl on` fails with `MSBUILD : error MSB1009: Project file does not exist.`
- dotnet tool restore OK, then dotnet toolname says tool is not there, and to restore it
