- `memfd_reserve` is a little too fragile on posix.
- EventEmitter when inherited deeply does not respect parent type

- Indeed it looks like Flow currently special-cases `value` properties in the descriptor:
- Array#find should propagate refinement of unions
- Slow startup when using SyntheticEvent in flow-typed libdef
- It doesn't ignore subfolders that contains .flowconfig inside including files.
