- XML serialization on list of polymorphic values does not combine property, type id

- Add support for non-blocking ("async") XML parsing
- Using `@XmlAttribute` for property with non-scalar type prevents serialization as attribute for other properties
- Attribute / element name collision (same local name, different namepace) cannot be configured during deserialization
- Collection values overwritten if item elements are not contiguous (mixed content)
- If array property contents are split across separate elements, earlier values are overwritten
- Problem trying to generate XML with dynamic list entry tags
