- cmd/go: suggest 'go get' for packages in the main module instead of missing external package paths
- x/tools/gopls: consider adding special cases for main Go tree and golang.org/x modules when linkifying issues
- os: ReadDir on regular file returns ERROR_PATH_NOT_FOUND instead of ENOTDIR
- x/pkgsite: no horizontal scroller on <pre> text containing function signature on overflow
- cmd/compile: Optimise branches that could be behind other branches, to avoid running those branches when known to be false
