- Gemini keeps writing linux style commands, completly ignoring GEMINI.md
- --list-sessions does not support --output-format json
- --list-sessions is very slow and makes numerous network calls
- Gemini CLI's sub-agents (like `cli_help` and `google_web_search`) are incorrectly inheriting model configurations from the local project's source code
- Bug: run_shell_command hangs for 5 mins on interactive/slow commands (! Shell awaiting input)
- Request contains an invalid argument
- entered plan mode in inner session which is not smart
- Resuming a session keeps plans/tracker/tasks bound to the startup session ID
- The bot should not close the pr if it is approved even though it does not have help wanted label.
