- WAL LogStore fails on Windows: directory fsync returns "Access is denied" on init and on every segment rotation
- After a client agent stalls, a TTL check can stay critical in the catalog until the next full sync, although the agent reports it passing
- agent/local: serialize full and partial state syncs to fix stale TTL checks
- xds: add upstream_connection_idle_timeout_ms to close idle upstream connections
- fix(peerstream): async sender, fatal send errors, flush Terminated before close
