- AArch64: `SubArray` copy loop slower since LLVM 23 (LICM no longer hoists the 1-based `-8` GEP offset)
- Make `throw_eachindex_mismatch_indices` specialize on arity
- Running `max` over Float64 is 33% slower on x86 since LLVM 23 (`accumulate(max, x)`)
- regex: `replace` skips an empty match right after a non-empty match
- sin, cos, tan and tanpi wrong in Float16 (at least can be done correctly rounded)
- sort: fix `sort` and `sort!` throwing on empty arrays with `dims`
- Inference regression in recursive tuple `mapreduce` since #64375 (`BottomRF` outside `MappingRF`)
- signals: keep the `SignalCondition` watcher handle referenced while one is open
- signals: deliver termination as cancellation, with a fallback for busy code (updated #62814)
