- WasmFS Node backend: fsync() aborts with "TODO: implement NodeFile::flush"
- WasmFS Node backend: chmod() and utimensat() only change WasmFS's in-memory metadata, not the host file
- WasmFS Node backend: after rename(), a file (or anything already looked up under a renamed directory) still refers to its old host path
- WasmFS Node backend: host open() errors are used as file descriptors, and close() errors are returned with the wrong sign
- WasmFS: open() with O_NOCTTY (or O_SYNC/O_DSYNC) aborts on the flag assertion in doOpen
- WasmFS: poll() does not report POLLIN for an empty regular file, /dev/null or /dev/random
- WasmFS: chdir() and path lookup ignore directory search (execute) permission
