- Rename an operator to another operator of the same precedence
- Completion: offer unqualified functions from the shared answer of what is visible
- Show guards as compile-time in Go To Symbol and completion, and resolve component tags through the shared declaration source
- A source `quote` whose `bind_quoted` is a macro call stops the expander with an error
- Functions defined by `EEx.function_from_string` and `EEx.function_from_file` are missing from the expander's view of their module
- Build `defguard`'s macro body so modules with a guard expand past it
- Highlight guards, delegations and template functions where they are declared and where they are called
