- I can open a resource as if it is a topic
- Add sort by filter to catalog filters

- Legacy clipboard nodes cause considerable code complexity needs mitigation
- `request.user.is_anonymous` checks in some Viewsets might be dead code
- exclude non-user-facing-strings from the `django.po` file
- Remove thumbnail encoding wherever possible and store as files
- Drag drop allowed but doesn't work on a cheffed ("Generated by API") channel
- Related tab should retain where I last navigated to when selecting multiple resources
