- venn: a bare `title` takes the next line as its text and drops that statement
- Radar: a value near 1e308 gives Infinity and NaN in the curve path (relativeRadius multiplies before it divides)
- fix(xychart): treat orientation case-insensitively
- quadrantChart / xychart: a `%%` comment after a one-character token swallows that character
- xychart: unquoted multi-word text loses its spaces (`title Sales Report` renders `SalesReport`)
- Radar: the "Missing entry for axis" error shows Mermaid's internal entity placeholder
- venn: the "unknown set identifier" error shows Mermaid's entity placeholder
- Pie: the "has invalid value" error shows Mermaid's internal entity placeholder
- quadrantChart: a point coordinate written as 1.0 gives a lexical error
- fix: connect sequence self-calls to activation boundaries
