- Allow explicit specification of certificate chains in SecurityUtil.SignFile
- Do not share assemblies of task dependencies if not running on `MSBuild.exe`.
- Prevent tasks from modifying immutable environment variables in MT mode
- Enlighten public versions of intrinsic tasks.
- Make FindUnderPath task respect filesystem case-sensitivity
- Flag when users run builds with key environment variables set to likely-wrong locations
- Allow worker nodes to accept work from any active build, not just 'lock' to a single build at a time
- Binlogs should only log invariant data, not culture-specific data
