- Windows Terminal on Intel-driven high-refresh monitor causes DWM to halve refresh rate across all monitors after prolonged Codex CLI usage
- {Freeway Bug} [Windows Terminal - Defaults - Appearance]: Screen reader does not announce associated section names (Text, Cursor, Background Image, Text Formatting, Transparency, Window, etc.) when navigating controls within sections.
- {Freeway Bug} [Windows Terminal - Settings - Profile - Appearance]: Screen reader does not announce navigation hint for list items in 'Variable font axes' and 'Font features' sections, causing associated Edit/Delete actions to be undiscoverable.
