- 'Omit' should alias a distinct mapped type (for display purposes)

- Cannot assign generic type aliases that should be equivalent.
- Disable type checking for node_modules entirely
- ?? and ??= behave differently when they shouldn't
- Tolerate invalid identifier syntax errors in list parsing
