- Literal / Known keyof T (especially for mapped types)
- Function parameter names are incorrectly inferred from variadiac tuples

- Display operator informaton on mouse-over
- Constructor generic types and `this` parameter (TS1092, TS2681)
- 'Omit' should alias a distinct mapped type (for display purposes)
