- BUG: Dev Containers polls Docker CLI continuously (~4/sec) with no containers running and no devcontainer workspace open
- Remote‑SSH: Preserve or surface SSH bootstrap terminal output on connection failure
- Cannot open workspaces whose names have escaped characters on vscode.dev
