- Windows: getFSSourceAccessor() passes "/" as the accessor root, which is not absolute on Windows, so any evaluation aborts
- Windows CI cannot report static-initialisation faults
- Windows: RestoreSink::createDirectory never sets dirFd, so NAR extraction aborts on the first nested directory
