- Repository writes are not one transaction: nested writes commit on their own and a nested deadlock retry replays only the inner unit
- Capture which entities each commit changes, in the writing transaction, for database-driven projections
- Reasoning reads Draft ontology content and has no versioned, activatable closure
- Search writes can replace newer content with older reads, and each write path builds documents its own way
- A reindex erases execution history and loses live writes handled by other servers
- API calls wait for search, and a failed search write is dropped after 30 seconds
- Search drift is corrected only by the weekly full reindex
- A short Fuseki outage dead-letters live RDF writes, and dead letters are never replayed
- RDF drift is corrected only by the weekly RDF reindex, and a fresh install never builds the projection
